Shipping Terms & Conditions
Shipping/freight costs will be calculated upon checkout and depend on the weight and volume of the order, as well as the destination/shipping address. Most orders are delivered within 1-7 working days, however this can vary in more isolated areas. For Overseas orders, simply contact us with your product order quote and a postage cost and delivery times will be emailed to you before the actual order is sent.

1. Your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment.
2. Items on Back Order will be dispatched once the stock becomes available. Dimension One Glass Fencing will contact you should this occur to discuss your options.
3. Pricing is based on 0-250kg, for shipping costs on items over 250kg contact Dimension One Glass Fencing on 1300 314 527 for a Quotation.
4. Freight Prices provided are GST Inclusive
5. No Delivery to PO Box, a street address must always be provided.
6. Additional Charges Apply for Pallet Handling & Unloading.

*N.B. Dimension One Glass Fencing will refund the GST portion of the order for International Shoppers once the order has been dispatched.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Ensuring that our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to Dimension One Glass Fencing. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, provided that:-

1. The products are returned to us in its original condition
2. Within 14 days from Date of Purchase.
3. Proof of Purchase information is provided.
4. Monies are only refunded once Dimension One has received the returned stock in its original condition.

*N.B. The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
• A damaged/defective product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and delivery costs
• A product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded.
